Love you some “You”/Exercise

I love this exercise it has taught me to appreciate the little things that I love about “ME”

Write three things you love about yourself on a card,

It doesn’t have to be about physical attributes. It could be “I love my inner strength” “I love my ability to make people laugh” “I love my compassionate nature” etc. Tape it up, on a mirror or your computer or any place you will always see. Let it remind you of your special gifts and what makes you unique 🙂
