Finding my Focus

So I’m at a point in my life where my lack of focus has become a huge issue. I want want want but I know in order to gain what it is that I want I have to keep my eyes on the prize. I’m so ADHD when it comes to what path I want to take and where I should devote my time. I had a great chat with @margieanalise “I adore her follow her on Twitter” and it’s been sometime since I’ve had to chance to really express some of my fears and wants for my future. I cried a little but not the ugly cry but I was close lol. I explained how hard it is to have a vision and goals and to share them with others and they just dont get it and are unsupportive. I have major goals that I have set  and I intend on reaching them well better yet exceeding them.  Staying focused takes less talking and more thinking and doing. It requires no procrastination and all determination. Yeah I’m all the way in.

3 main things that I am going to do to get more focused

1.Don’t waste time on self doubt

2.Work 4 uninterrupted hours a day on my website and blog.

3.Avoid postponing tasks until tomorrow

Love you some “You”/Exercise

I love this exercise it has taught me to appreciate the little things that I love about “ME”

Write three things you love about yourself on a card,

It doesn’t have to be about physical attributes. It could be “I love my inner strength” “I love my ability to make people laugh” “I love my compassionate nature” etc. Tape it up, on a mirror or your computer or any place you will always see. Let it remind you of your special gifts and what makes you unique :)

Caring about someone is not an excuse to try to live their life for them – that’s nosey. If you
choose to be helpful, help others to achieve the life “THEY” want and desire, rather than the life you wish for them. You can’t live your life through anyone but yourself.
So many of us get upset – and stressed – over the actions of others that are really none of our business.
The lifestyle of others is NOT our business.

Put 30 mins a day on your dream (Tip)

Is your dream worth thirty minutes of your time? You may feel that you cant squeeze thirty minutes out of your day well think again. How long do you spend in the shower or shaving. How long is the prep for dinner? Use snatches of time here and there if you cant find a block of thirty minutes. My Point is that you should work on lifting that dream out of the wish state and manifest it into your life as soon as you can. Mold your dream to your will, intent, and action and then give yourself a pat on the back for taking the steps and drawing your dreams into physical reality.
